If there are irregularities, changes or problems noticed during urination, more often than not, the cause is likely to be symptoms of prostate diseases. Visit your doctor if you have recently started to notice some of the following symptoms:
- You have a weak and/or intermittent urine flow
- You find urinating a difficulty
- You have a need for frequent urination
- You feel the urge to urinate (you do not feel the ability to stop urinating)
- During the night you need to go to the toilet several times because of urination
- You have a feeling that your bladder is not completely emptied after you have finished urinating
- You feel pain or discomfort when urinate
- You have noticed blood in the urine (this is especially important)
If you have any of the symptoms, do not put off a visit to the doctor. Prostate disease can be managed if issues are addressed in a timely manner.
